Our añejo has the same Double Gold blanco as the base but is allowed to rest for 2.5 years in Jack Daniel's barrels! The aging adds the aroma of cooked agave and butterscotch and a creamy, clean and smooth flavor and texture.  Substitute whiskey for this añejo in an Old Fashioned or drink it neat.
